TERMS OF SALE
New Accounts: We require a 50% prepayment for all first time orders & custom orders. Blank orders require
a full pre payment before order ships. Any balances are collected by C.O.D. unless advance payment has
been made/approved or a credit application is on file with Ad-Line Industries Co. Inc.

ORDER/ ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Please type or write all purchasing details clearly on company purchase order form with authorized signature
and deliver, email, mail, or fax to Ad-Line office.

PMS COLOR MATCHING:
No Charge - Colors are matched as close as possible to PMS-C. 
Exact color matching is not guaranteed.


BELOW MINIMUM: Add $24.50(v) for less than minimum quantity order.Please call for

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME:  6-9 business days for imprinted items in stock. Multi-color imprints,
made to order items, or unusually large orders may need extra production time.

RUSH ORDER SERVICES: Please call for reasonable charge.

NON IMPRINTED: Most items, depending on stock, are shipped within 24 hours.

ARTWORK 
Camera-ready artwork should be provided by buyer.
$50.00(v) per hour if artwork is done by Ad-Line Ind.
In-house color separation $19.00(v) per color.

The following files are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator (CS or lower, .EPS, .Al, or .PDF)
Corel Draw (10 or lower)
Photoshop (6 or lower, .PSD, .JPEG)

Artwork will be sized to maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified.

TYPESETTING
$7.00(v) for up to two lines or up to ten words of in-house style typesetting.
 

SHIPPING
FOB Point: Hayward, California

FREIGHT:
Ad-Line Industries is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments shipped by any freight carrier.
Freight is assumed by buyer. We will ship using your preferred carrier if shipping
on your account, or offer an alternative and bill for shipping.

Split Shipment: If more than 3 locations, there will be an additional charge of $4 per extra location.

PACKAGING
Items are bulk packaged unless otherwise requested and quoted.

CLAIMS
Report all claims, defects and damages to our sales office within three business days of receipt of shipment.
In case of damaged items, you must also notify the carrier for a damage inspection. A restocking fee will be
assessed on returns unless the return is the result of our error or the merchandise is defective. Returns will
not be accepted without prior authorization by sales or management team.


RETURN POLICY
Returns on blank/made to order items will not be accepted. All return shipments must be accompanied by
our return number. Please call sales office for details.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES ON ORDER
Cancellation and changes on orders must be requested in writing and received by Ad-Line sales office.
Verbal cancellation and changes are not acceptable.If an order is cancelled after it is placed,with or without a proof provided a cancellation charge will apply,The amount charged will depend on the details of the order.
