TERMS OF SALE
New Accounts: We require a 50% prepayment for all opening orders & custom orders. The balances are collected by C.O.D. unless advance payment has been made/approved or a credit application is on file with Ad-Line Industries Co. Inc.

ORDER/ ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Please type or write all purchasing details clearly on company purchase order form with authorized signature and deliver, mall or fax to Ad-Line office. For custom-made jobs and large amount orders, we require a 50% deposit.

SCREEN SET UP
$ 38.75(v) Per Imprint color, per location
Additional imprint Colors/Locations
Running charge: $0.35(v)per additional imprint color and/or location.
PMS COLOR MATCHING - No charge.
Colors are matched as close as possible to PMS-C.
(COATED) colors, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
BELOW MINIMUM: Add 24.50(v) for less than minimum quantity order. Please call for absolute minimum.

SAMPLES
Random Samples - Samples billed at end column net price plus shipping.
PAPER PROOF - No charge
Preproduction Sample Proof:
$30.00 (v) service charge plus applicable screening fee and shipping for spec sample proof
or pre-production proof.
Spec. Sample:
Please call customer service for pricing on specific item, applicable screening fee and shipping for spec
sample proof.
Add $12.50(v) for each additional color/location, plus all applicable screen charges.
Repeat screen set up: $10.00(v) per color.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: Seven business days for imprinted items. Multi-color imprints or unusually
large orders may need extra working time.
RUSH ORDER SERVICES: Please call for reasonable charge.
NON IMPRINTED: Most items, depending on stock, are shipped immediately.
ARTWORK: Camera-ready artwork should be provided by buyer.
$50.00(v) per hour if artwork by ADLINE.
In-house color separation $19.00(v) per color.

Digital Formats: E-mail, artwork can also be sent in PC format on CD.
The following files are accepted:
Adobe Illustrator (CS or lower, .EPS, .Al, or .PDF)
Core[ Draw (10 or lower)
Photoshop (6 or lower, .PSD, .JPEG)
Artwork will be sized to maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified.

TYPESETTING
$7.00(v) for up to two lines (up to ten words)
in-house style typesetting.
PANTONE COLOR MATCHING
No charge. Colors are matched as close as possible to PMS.

SHIPPING
FOB Point: Hayward, California

FREIGHT:
Ad-Line Industries is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.
Freight is assumed by buyer. We will ship using your designated carrier, or offer an alternative. We are not
responsible for any delayed or lost shipments shipped by any freight carriers.
Split Shipment: More than 3 Locations there will be additional charges. Add $4.00 for each additional location.

CLAIMS
Report all claims, defects and damages to our sales office within three business days of receipt of shipment. In
case of damaged items, you must also notify the carrier for a damage inspection. A 15% restocking fee will be
assessed on returns unless the return is the result of our error or the merchandise is defective. Returns will not
be accepted without prior authorization.

RETURN POLICY
All return shipments must be accompanied by our return number, please call.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES ON ORDER
Cancellation and changes on orders must be requested in writing and received at Ad-Line.
Verbal cancellation and changes are not acceptable.
